You care about keeping your pets safeSo do we
Your dog drinks from a bowl on the patio. Your cat sleeps wherever the sun hits the tile. Treating a house with animals in it isn't the same job as treating an empty one — so we don't run it like one.

What we do differently in a house with pets
Same visit, same price. The difference is what your technician does before the sprayer ever comes off the truck.
Bowls and beds move first
Food and water bowls, pet beds, litter boxes, and outdoor water dishes get moved clear of the treatment area before anything is applied — and put back where they were when the visit is done. Nothing gets treated over the top of something your animal eats or sleeps in.
Applied to the label, every time
We use products labeled for residential use, applied strictly to label directions, and we observe the label dry time before anyone goes back into a treated area. TODO(Eden): confirm the specific products and the re-entry window you want published here.
Placed where your pet can't get to it
Rodent bait goes in tamper-resistant stations, never loose along a fence line or in a garage where a curious dog can reach it. Interior work is a targeted crack-and-crevice application — baseboards, under appliances, entry points — not a broadcast spray across the floor your pet walks on.
Technicians trained for the pet part of the job
Gates latched behind them, a knock before anyone walks into a back yard, and a dog kept out of a treated side yard until it has dried. TODO(Eden): confirm your technician onboarding and continuing-education specifics so this describes your real program.
We ask before we start
Tell us where the animals are, what they get into, and anything your vet has flagged — reptiles, birds, fish tanks, and beehives all change the plan. If a treatment is a bad idea at your property that day, we skip it and tell you why instead of working around you.
Fewer pests means fewer treatments
Keeping pressure down with a recurring exterior barrier is what keeps us from needing to treat inside, where your animals actually live. A plan that holds beats a heavy interior treatment after an infestation every time.
A pest-free house is a safer house for your pets
Keeping pests out isn't the opposite of keeping your animals safe — it's most of how you do it. What's living in your block wall is a bigger risk to your dog than a treatment applied to the label.
Bark scorpions
Arizona's bark scorpion is the sting that actually matters, and a cat or a small dog takes a far worse hit from the same dose than an adult does. They hunt at night, climb walls, and settle in exactly the places a curious animal goes to investigate. Any sting on a pet is a call to your vet.
Rodents
Roof rats and mice contaminate everything they walk across, and pet food in the garage is one of the most common things drawing them in. They also arrive carrying fleas and ticks of their own — including the brown dog tick, which can breed indoors, which is why a yard-only approach rarely settles it.
Bees and wasps
A colony in a wall void, an irrigation box, or a low eave is a hazard to an animal that can't back away from it — a dog that disturbs one takes dozens of stings, not one. Live colonies get located and removed rather than sprayed and left in place.
Spiders
Black widows favor the same sheltered, low spots pets nose around in: patio furniture, pot bases, the underside of a block wall cap. Web sweeping on every visit is how those get found before your dog does.
We have dogs too. And kids. And a last name on the truck.

Eden is third-generation owned and operated. The people deciding what goes on your property are the people who grew up in this business, and we live in the neighborhoods we service — same block walls, same monsoon season, same scorpions coming up out of the same landscaping.
That's the whole reason the checklist above exists. It isn't a policy written in a corporate office three states away — it's what we want done at our own houses, where our own animals are.
TODO(Eden): replace this paragraph with the real family story — who started the company and when, who runs it now, and how many pets/kids are actually in the picture. Also reconcile the founding year in src/data/business.ts with the third-generation claim.
- Third generation, family owned and operated
- Locally owned — we live in the areas we service
- Licensed and insured in Arizona — TODO(Eden): add license number
